Yes, anyone can order. However, only our Members have access to our full range of services and offerings.

What is your delivery area?

We are currently delivering to zip codes 28202, 28203, 28204, 28205, 28207, 28209, 28210, 28211, 28226, and 28277.

When do you deliver?

We deliver Monday through Friday. There is typically a 48-hour lead time once you order, so if you order on Monday, your food will be delivered on Wednesday. However, our Members have the ability to order from our In a Pinch menu, which is available for same-day delivery.

Do I need to be home when you deliver?

Our Members can receive a Good Kitchen cooler in which we deliver meals so that you don’t have to be home when we deliver. If you are not a Member, you must be home to accept delivery so we are sure that your meals are not compromised.

What is your refund policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your Good Kitchen experience, please let us know. We will do our best to rectify the situation, and if we cannot, we will gladly return your money.
